Hello,
I am a mother of 2 & wife to Stan. After scrapbooking and stamping
for over 10 years, I became a Close to My Heart (CTMH) Independent
Consultant. When I'm not spending time with my family or working, I am
thinking all things paper, inks and stamping! I hold 2 classes at my
home each month. Please join us!
Single page team!
Hi! I’m Melissa and I’m excited to be making single pages for SID. I live in Prairieville, Louisiana. I was born in La. and have lived most of my life here. I’m a stay at home mom to my three kids and one dog. I started scrapbooking in 2005 when my husband was deployed. I really felt that was important to document for our kids. I’ve been hooked since then. I find scrapping to be very relaxing and I love the process.
Hi, I’m Brandi! I am a full-time mama, part-time paper crafter! I live
in Maryland with my husband and our two boys, ages 3.5 and almost 2!
I am currently loving scrapping single page 12x12 layouts with the
occasional double page spread. I’ve been scrapbooking since I was in
late Elementary school when my Aunt got me started with 8.5x11 albums to
hold my Girl Scouts memories and photos. I quickly moved to 12x12 and
have too many albums to count! My husband jokes he’s a little concerned
about what it’s gonna look like years from now, especially having so
many photos of the boys to scrap!
I love using sketches or other design prompts to get started. My
favorite part of the process is definitely picking colors and mixing and
matching papers and embellishments to create the perfect combo! Happy
scrapping!
My name is Jane - I love all things paper! My favorite part of the scrapbooking process, besides the photos, are the papers and embellishments! I have been married for 41 years and my husband and I have 2 children who are adults. We live in the suburbs of Portland, Oregon, with our cat. I spend lots of time in the summer working in our garden and I also love to sew.
Card team
Hi! I’m Sharon Bessinger. I am so excited to be joining Stick it Down and their talented Design Team! I’m married to Shaun going on 23 years and we have a 3 wonderful kids. We also have 2 rescue dogs, Pippin and Shandy, 7 chickens, and a bunny… I’ve always been an artsy person, I am a silversmith as well. From the time I was little, I loved to color and create fun projects. A couple of years after our oldest son was born (20 years ago), I was introduced to scrapbooking. I fell in love with it. I love creating in my craft room with paper and a cup of coffee, listening to my echo podcasts or music.
I am a Michigan girl who has a crafty obsession. Thanks to my parents, I was encouraged to be creative at a very young age. I don't really have a style anymore since I love trying new things but one this stays the same with me is that I love layers. When you can't find me in my studio I am most likely to be found in the kitchen cooking.
My name is Monica and I live in IL with my husband and 3 boys (Well 2 now, since my oldest is now in the Air Force). To pay bills and support the crafting habit I work for the University of Illinois. I love to be able to play in my craft room and create when I get a chance. I began making cards in 2010, after a little scrapbook hiatus and enjoyed the smaller project size (which has slowly helped me get back into scrapping). I love working with sketches and I'm super excited to be a part of the Stick It Down card team!
Since childhood I've always been passionate about paper crafting, vintage items, DIY and just being creative. As far as a "style" I would have to say I am the most comfortable with vintage, grunge and distressed. With that being said I will often get out of my comfort zone to try something new and different.
