Antonia  is sharing a special layout this month using Spiegelmom Scraps sequins!

 

I decided to create a layout using the September single page sketch and the Out of This World sequins that were left over after finishing my September double page. The sketch reminded me of this 12”x12” wood veneer diecut I’ve been clinging onto for quite a while. I decided to use it on a page that tells the story of Teddy, my daughter’s favourite cuddly toy. The sequins seemed perfect for the photos! I painted the background paper Ombre with watercolour paint, in colours that complement the sequins.

I used the "Hustle Bustle" sequin mix.  As soon as I saw it I knew it had to be a Christmas layout.  Pairing that with the stripes from the September Sketch and it was definitely an "Oh Christmas Tree" page. I love how the sequins add to the tree and the simple light green ones add depth to the background!
