Jessica used to be on our design team! I love how she used the twine with the balloons!

I love the bright colors on this one and flamingos are so "in" right now!

April card guest designer... Heather

Please welcome Heather as our April card guest designer.

I live in Southern Rhode Island, USA with my wonderful husband of 17+ years and my three beautiful girls.  I've been stamping for about 16 years and got into it, as a lot of us have, by going to a Stampin' Up! party.  My friend was a demonstrator and I went to quite a few parties early on.  But it wasn't until about 8 years ago that I really became a stamper and card maker.  That's about the time I discovered all the inspiration on the internet and started to discover all the awesome challenges that you can play along with.  I originally thought I would get into scrapbooking for my three girls, but that never really went anywhere; I just love the smaller canvas a card offers.  I'm so excited to be guest designing for Stick It Down Challenges this month!

Here is our April card:

I love the pretty spring colors! Thank you Heather!

April guest designer... Maria

Please welcome Maria as our single page guest designer this month. Her page is beautiful! Here is a little more from Maria:

Hello everyone! I'm Maria and so happy to join you today as Guest Designer for Stick It Down.

I'm originally from Spain but moved to the UK in 2005. My adventures in paper crafting started soon afterwards, when I started making greeting cards. However I didn't start scrapbooking until my twins were born in 2013. Since then, I have fallen in love with scrapbooking and I get "itchy fingers" if I don't play with pretty paper for a few days!

I would say my style is clean and simple, not too embellishment-heavy, always focusing in the photo(s). I am always trying new techniques and I love a good challenge!

Here was our sketch:

We'd love to see what you make with our sketch. Just link up in the side bar by the end of the month for a chance to be a guest designer in the future!

April guest designer... Wendy

Congratulations to Wendy, who is this month's double page guest designer!

My name is Wendy Crowe and I have been scrapbooking for about 15 years now.  I am addicted to the traditional paper scrapping.  I love having lots of “stuff” to play with.  I am married to a very patient guy who makes sure I have plenty of “me” time.  I have 3 wonderful kids,  2 daughters (26 and 15) and a son (9).  With those age differences, I am lucky to have dabbled in just about every subject that can be scrapbooked.  And I get to shop…a lot!  I am happy to have found challenge blogs like Stick It Down that really offer lots of inspiration.  Thanks for letting me be a Guest Designer!

Here is my take on the sketch.  I chose to use an Easter theme.  I used many different colors of spray mists to get a “dyeing” effect for my egg coloring background.

Thank you Wendy! Great theme for this month's sketch :)
